Handmade Pieces
Every piece of jewelry is handmade meaning that it will have its own character and will not be “perfect”. Each one is unique and one-of-a-kind!
Warranty
Sometimes things happen and pieces break. If this happens within 30 days of your purchase, the repairs will be covered. If it exceeds the 30 days there will be a fee depending on the type of repair. This does not include normal wear and tear. Please reach out to me on instagram or my contact page on my website to address these issues or if you have any questions.
Tarnishing
Sterling silver will tarnish over time and if it is in specific environments. Meaning that it will change colors and get darker. This can also happen if you immerse it into certain waters such as mineral pools. Sterling silver also reacts to certain peoples skin, so please be aware of that. The tarnish usually naturally wears back off and the silver will return back to its shiny state. To polish yourself, I recommend taking a polishing cloth to it and firmly rubbing to get the tarnish off. Each piece is shipped with its very own polishing cloth.
